This is a perfect meal for catching that last bit of sun after work, a light & healthy salad that doesn’t take long to prepare at all!

Start off by whisking the salad dressing in a large serving bowl.

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh dill
Salt & pepper to taste

Next slice a head of cabbage and dump it in the bowl (curly, flat, dark or light – they all work) – you want thin, small pieces.

Cut a red onion into slices and put that in the bowl as well.

Slice some small tomatoes in half (8-10) and put those in.

Drain a can of tuna (pole & line caught skipjack to keep it friendly for the sea) and put that in too.

Top with 2 tablespoons capers and some more fresh dill. Mix it all up & serve.
